Analyzing the Use of the L1 in the L2 Classroom in a Public Junior Middle School
摘 要:
Theuseofthefirstlanguage(L1)inthesecondlanguage(L2)classroomhasbeenwidelydiscussedinthelanguageacquisitionstudyasitspedagogicalimplications.WhetherandwhyL1shouldbeusedintheL2classroomisdiscussedonthetheoreticalbasisinthefirstsection.ThenthesecondpartanalysesthistopicinaspecificcontextintheEnglishclassroominajuniormiddleschoolinthecentralpartofChina.ItisfoundthatusingL1inforeignlanguageclassroomscouldbereasonabletosomedegree,someprinciplesfortheL1useshouldbeconstructedandmanyfactorsshouldbeconsideredindifferentcontexts.
